Product Information
For millions of years, layer upon layer of earth’s materials have formed various metamorphic rocks we now call slate, mica and quartzite. We also know them as durable stones cut only with diamond saws, then traditionally mortared into place. Generally easy to work with, but quite heavy and improbable in many applications, these solid stones have been the only practical means of creating that real stone look. Until now…with the use of European manufactured resins and technology, natural stone veneers are a lightweight, flexible, colorful and unique stone ‘sheet’ with unlimited application possibilities. The introduction of this exciting new product addresses a large need for a flexible, adaptable and durable stone.
